1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between timislot ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered or prospective user ("Player", "you", "your"), with respect to your use of the timislot online gaming platform available at timislot.pro and all associated services, features, and content.

By registering an account, accessing the timislot platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the timislot platform.

timislot is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity. All gaming activities conducted through timislot are governed by applicable international gaming regulations. These Terms are supplemented by any additional policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the timislot platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of timislot or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by timislot or any other licensed gaming operator.

timislot does not waive its right to enforce eligibility requirements at any stage of the player relationship. Eligibility is an ongoing requirement, not a one-time registration check.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) timislot account only. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid means of identity. timislot reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your timislot account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. timislot will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

timislot operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to provide identity documents (national identity card, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

timislot accounts for Pakistani players operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, transaction amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal thresholds are denominated in PKR unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure

timislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe these Terms have been violated, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations. In such cases, timislot will communicate with the affected player via their registered contact details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

timislot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrency networks. timislot reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the depositing player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. timislot does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and a minimum withdrawal amount as specified in the cashier section. timislot will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within standard processing timeframes, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider's processing schedule. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Policy

timislot operates an "original method" withdrawal policy, meaning withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically feasible, timislot will discuss an alternative with the player.

4.5 Currency & Exchange

All transactions are processed in PKR. For cryptocurrency transactions, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will be applied. timislot is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or exchange rate differences.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

timislot offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds, and time limits will be specified in each promotion's specific terms. Players are advised to review these carefully before accepting any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

timislot reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players who have previously violated these Terms, engaged in bonus abuse, or are subject to any account restriction may be excluded from promotional offers. timislot also reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes a player has manipulated their gaming activity to gain an unfair advantage.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating bets with other players to minimise risk, or using prohibited wagering patterns — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

5.5 Expiry of Bonuses

Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds may expire in accordance with the timelines set out in individual promotion terms. timislot will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances unless an administrative error is demonstrated.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the timislot platform are binding once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections, stake amounts, and any other relevant bet details before confirming. timislot will not accept claims for cancellation or amendment after a bet has been placed and confirmed.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

timislot applies minimum and maximum stake limits across its sports betting and casino products. These limits may vary by market, event type, game, and player account status. timislot reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void if the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules; if the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest pricing error; or if the market was suspended at the time of placement. Void bets are refunded as original stake to the player's account balance.

6.4 Palpable Errors

Where timislot offers a price in obvious error (a "palpable error"), the Platform reserves the right to void any bets accepted at that erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. This applies to all product types including sportsbook, live betting, casino, and arcade games.

6.5 Cricket & Sports Betting Specific Rules

For PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, UFC events, and all other sports markets, timislot applies the rules of the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, UFC, etc.) in determining market settlement. Sport-specific rules are published within the Platform's help section and are updated as needed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the timislot platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether in your own name or using any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game, system, software, or algorithm on the platform.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating bets or chip-dumping in casino games.
• Placing bets on events where you hold insider knowledge not available to the general public.
• Using automated betting software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any form of scripting to interact with the platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or reversals through payment providers without prior engagement with timislot's dispute resolution process.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is legally prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your timislot account by any third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

timislot is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all its products and services. 8.1 Age Restriction

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the timislot platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game titles, product names, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive property of timislot or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the timislot platform strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer on you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any timislot content.

Any unauthorised use of timislot's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. The timislot brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of timislot.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, timislot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

timislot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. timislot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

timislot's total aggregate liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their timislot account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit timislot's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

timislot processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at timislot.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

timislot may share your data with third parties where required by law, for the purposes of KYC and fraud prevention, or with payment processing partners necessary to facilitate your transactions. timislot will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, subject to timislot's legal retention obligations.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your timislot account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining eligible balance from your account. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

12.2 Termination by timislot

timislot may terminate or suspend your account at any time and without prior notice where: you have violated any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected; timislot is required to do so by a regulatory authority; or timislot elects to discontinue operations in your jurisdiction.

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the timislot platform ceases immediately. Eligible real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the timislot platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which timislot's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and timislot, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. timislot will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with timislot's gaming licence requirements.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent timislot from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

timislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, timislot will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the timislot platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the timislot platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and timislot with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
